Get a list of all locales supported by all FrontEnds. Returns: A comma separated locales list. Implements scim::BackEndBase.

Get the total number of ServerFactory instances held by this BackEnd. Returns: The total number of ServerFactory instances in this BackEnd. Implements scim::BackEndBase.
